Privacy Policy

Toldkin stores family answers, photos, audio, transcripts, and delivery records in a private Family Space. We do not sell family data or make keepsakes publicly searchable.

Access is limited to private links issued to the coordinator and storyteller. Links can expire or be revoked. Approved keepsake pages use noindex and nofollow headers.

Audio is stored in private object storage. Automated transcription uses a paid AI provider only to convert the recording into text. Coordinator edits and manual transcripts remain the family-controlled source of truth.

Payment data is processed by Paddle. Toldkin stores order status, amount, currency, and provider references, not full card numbers.

Families may request deletion of their project and media. Refund processing archives the project, revokes active links, and limits further processing to payment and audit records required by law.
